my father has a pain in his knees , specially when he trys to stand up from setting , the pain was the same every day , but now he feels that it starts to increase day after day,he is a bout 65 years old , also he doesn't like tablets or any type of drugs .
so : - what are the propable causes for this pain ?
- is there any natural treatment such as ( exersices , eating program … etc )in order to help him reliefi the knees pain ?
knowing that he has not subjected to any type of injury or some thing like that .
