Is there any type of natural treatment for this type of insomnia?

I don’t know the name of this type of insomnia, or even if one exists, but at least three to four nights a week, I find my self unable to sleep. My body is completely wiped out, but my brain seems to be on overdrive. I have had this insomnia for roughly two years, and have yet to find a suitable, natural treatment that keeps working longer than a week or so.

For a better description of my insomnia, please read about it in my blog at this URL: hijabirocker.blogspot.com. It is the top post, and describes what the insomnia feelslike, in case more physical and mental descriptions are needed.

Get yourself some Nytol, you can get it from Boots or your local pharmacy,It will help you sleep, and return your natural sleep pattern.

Something you might try doing is plenty of exercise throughout the day. Meditation, or relaxation time, time to yourself, and some mindless self indulgance may help. Most of the time, there are underlying issues with people who have insomnia, and most attend some therapy along with medication. Medication can help, however, you can do more for yourself than that pill can. Getting to the bottom of youself, your issues, your life, and what needs to be done is hard, and sometimes scary…however, it is well worth it. You are very capable. That's the best advice I can give about this.
