Sleeping is Good for You

One of the reasons why we need sleep is that it helps us grow especially in children. The important hormone production is regulated during sleep; the human growth hormone is released during deep sleep.  Another reason is that the skin will benefit much during sleeping because during deep sleep the repair of the tissues occurs, and includes repair to the daily skin damage done by UV ray. However not everyone can fall into deep sleep and most of them found themselves having difficulty in sleeping. In this case they all rely on sleep aids to help them get that sleep they need.
