I have quite a few of them that vary in intensity….
I tried conventional treatment for quite sometime, and I cant say that it did very much…
So I figured I would try something natural….

I'm just tired of cramp like pain for half the month
I increased my calcium intake some, and that helped some.
Any other suggestions?
Oh - and pain during sex - that sucks outloud as well.

Have had every sort of test done - twice - its "hemorhagic cysts" for sure

1st. direction (I have the same issue) Limit caffeine! I no longer drink sodas either. Only use Half Caf Coffee. Just can't really adjust to DeCaf all the way.
Supposedly it contributes to the issue, also in fibrocystic breast (which I also have).

2nd. Omega3's Dr. recommended Primrose Oil, which comes in capsule form. The fish type just does not sit well with me.

3rd. Be sure! to examine breast regullarly. And if you haven't had the Ovarian ones Ultra Sound? You may want to discuss it with your Dr./OBGYN. They can be pre-cancerous. Not just painful.
So take care & follow up with your Dr. Mine in the long run caused heavy bleeding & required surgery.
